⚠️ Important: Once your data is deleted, your LiloTv account will be permanently removed, and this action is irreversible.

3. How to Submit a Data Deletion Request

To request deletion of your personal data, please follow these steps:

Email Request

Send an email to info@lilotv.in with the subject line:
“Data Deletion Request”

Required Information

Please include the following details in your email:

  • Your full name

  • Your registered email address

  • Reason for data deletion (optional)

Verification

For security purposes, we may contact you to verify your identity before proceeding with the deletion.

4. Processing Time

Once your request is received and successfully verified, we will process the data deletion within 30 days. You will receive confirmation once your data has been deleted.

5. Exceptions to Data Deletion

Certain information may not be deleted if retention is required due to:

  • Legal or Regulatory Obligations

  • Unresolved Transactions or Disputes

  • Fraud Prevention or Security Investigations

Such retained data will be securely stored and used strictly for legal compliance.

6. Impact of Data Deletion

After your data is deleted:

  • You will lose access to your LiloTv account

  • Any remaining subscription period will be forfeited

  • No refunds will be issued for unused subscription time

  • You will need to create a new account to use LiloTv again
